Who is at Risk?

Older Panamanians, individuals with disabilities, those facing mental health challenges, or those experiencing emotional difficulties are often targeted. However, it's essential to recognize that financial abuse can happen to anyone, regardless of age or health status. Sometimes, victims may not even realize they're being exploited.
